By accessing or using iTeraPlay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Description of Service

iTeraPlay provides a web-based video player interface that enables users to stream videos from TeraBox cloud storage. The Service acts as a streaming proxy — it resolves stream URLs from TeraBox and plays them in an embedded video player.

iTeraPlay does not host, store, or distribute any video content on its own servers. All video content is streamed directly from TeraBox's servers to the user's device.

3. User Accounts

  • You may create an account using your email or Google OAuth.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Transmit any harmful code, malware, or malicious content through the Service.
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and interface, is the intellectual property of iTeraPlay and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

All video content accessed through the Service belongs to the respective content owners and is hosted on TeraBox. iTeraPlay claims no ownership over any third-party content.

6. Premium Subscriptions

iTeraPlay offers optional premium subscription plans with enhanced features such as higher daily play limits and extended history retention. Subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. By purchasing a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the interval you selected.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.
  • The quality of any content, products, or services obtained through the Service will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iTeraPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
