Copyright Infringement Notification
iTeraPlay respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
Important Notice
iTeraPlay does not host, store, or serve any video content on its own servers. We operate as a streaming proxy/player that resolves and plays video content hosted by third-party cloud storage providers (TeraBox). All video data streams directly from TeraBox's servers to the end user's device.
Because we do not control the content hosted on TeraBox, we are unable to remove content from TeraBox's servers. However, we can blacklist specific URLs or content from being played through our platform upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.
How to File a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through iTeraPlay, please notify our DMCA agent. Your notice must include the following:
- 1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

- 3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on our service where the material is located.
- 4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- 5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- 6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
What Happens After Filing
- We will review your DMCA notice within 48 hours.
- If the notice is valid, we will blacklist the identified content from being played through iTeraPlay.
- We will notify the user who uploaded the content (if applicable) about the takedown.
- If you wish to have the content restored, you may file a counter-notification.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, iTeraPlay has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
